• Requirements Ownership: Lead the creation, authoring, review, baselining, maintenance, and status tracking of requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analysis & Quality: Ensure requirements are clear, complete, consistent, feasible, unambiguous, testable, traceable, and aligned with objectives and standards.
• Test Requirements & Acceptance Criteria: Define measurable acceptance criteria and maintain traceability to customer and system requirements.
• Functional Decomposition: Lead the definition of platform-level functional and non-functional requirements for new vehicle features.
• Program-Specific Tailoring: Tailor approved platform requirements for specific program applications with justified deviations.
• Benchmarking & Customer Feedback: Use competitive benchmarking and field insights to translate needs into measurable inputs.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate cross-functional reviews and resolve gaps, conflicts, and interface dependencies.
