Ed Napleton Automotive Group in Urbana, IL is seeking a Used Car Manager to oversee all areas of the Used Car Department, including wholesale, retail, purchasing and marketing. This role leads a fast-paced team in a growing market.

You will hire and train sales staff, manage internet tools and campaigns, and ensure high standards for vehicle delivery while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Formación

• Used Car Sales Manager experience in automotive dealership.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous high-volume sales with high units per month preferred.
• 18+ years of age to comply with driving policy.

Responsabilidades

• Experience with internet and retail tools such as V-auto and E-carlist.
• Hire, train and lead all used car sales associates.
• Handle and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure high standards for vehicle delivery to customers.
• Ensure sales reps follow dealership policies.
• Excellent communication with customers, subordinates and management.
• Recondition vehicles and post photos online.

Located at Napleton Auto Park of Urbana,, the Used Car Manager is responsible for managing all areas of the Used Car Department, including wholesale, retail, purchasing and marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience with internet and retail tools, IE: V-auto, E-carlist
• Ability to hire, train and effectively lead all used car sales associates.
• Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers.
• Ensure that sales representatives always understand and follow dealership policies.
• Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with customers; subordinates and other management.
• Properly and efficiently reconditions vehicles and post photos online

Job Requirements:
