Van Chevrolet/Cadillac/Subaru in the Kansas City Metro is seeking a detail‑oriented Titles Specialist to join the Accounting Department. The role focuses on accurate title processing for new and used vehicles across Missouri, Kansas, and out-of-state transactions, with experience in MADA systems preferred.

Ideal candidates have automotive title experience, understand state requirements, and can work with DMV offices and lenders.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership title experience.
• Knowledge of Missouri and Kansas title procedures.
• Experience with DMV title documentation requirements.
• MADA experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process new and used vehicle titles accurately and efficiently.
• Complete title work for Missouri, Kansas, and out-of-state transactions.
• Work with DMV offices and state agencies as needed.
• Utilize MADA systems and dealership title-processing tools.
• Review deals and paperwork to ensure title requirements are met.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Accounting to resolve title issues.
• Communicate with customers, lenders, and other dealerships regarding title status.
• Maintain accurate and organized title records.
