Job summary

Kia of Manhattan in Kansas is seeking a meticulous Title Clerk to ensure accurate title work and timely processing of vehicle transactions.

You will own title records, process transfers, file liens, and assist lenders and customers while coordinating with multiple dealership departments to keep deadlines and compliance across all transactions. A strong focus on accuracy and customer service is expected.

Qualifications

• At least one year of prior automotive title-work experience is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical ability and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and distractions without sacrificing accuracy.
• Friendly, professional and committed to quality and dependable follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own the title records and documentation that allow vehicle transactions to close correctly and on time.
• Titles & Liens: Maintain accurate vehicle title records, process transfers, file Kansas and out-of-state liens, and process lien releases.
• Records & Customer Support: Verify information on titles, answer questions, and coordinate with lenders and dealership departments.
• Coordinate with customers and lenders and ensure timely completions of required documents.
