Job summary

Briggs Automotive Group in Kansas is seeking a detail-oriented Title & Billing Clerk to ensure accurate vehicle transactions, complete titles in compliance with state regulations, and handle deal paperwork efficiently.

You will process title work, submit to state agencies, and coordinate with sales, finance, and accounting to resolve discrepancies, while maintaining organized records and supporting month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle title work accurately and timely for retail transactions.
• Prepare and submit title applications and supporting documentation to state agencies.
• Verify deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Process vehicle billing and post-vehicle sales transactions.
• Maintain title schedules and follow up on outstanding titles and liens.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and management to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and related administrative tasks.
