Job summary

Kia Country of Charleston seeks an organized Title/Dealer Services Associate to manage state registrations, titles, and related paperwork. You will support the sales team with accurate document processing and timely DMV submissions.

Responsibilities include handling payoffs, title work, and postings to accounting, while maintaining organized records. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required; automotive experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Must be highly organized and eager to improve.
• Willingness to take initiative and learn.
• Computer literacy with solid writing/grammar skills.

Responsibilities

• Process documents for state registration and paperwork accuracy.
• Handle payoffs, registrations for new/pre-owned, and DMV titles.
• Send bills, contracts, warranties to the appropriate agency.
• Verify forms for completeness and correct pricing data.
• Maintain file of sales, payments, warranties and titles.
• Prepare title work and submit to DMV; manage inventory MSOs.
• Post deals to accounting and handle wholesale deals.
• Process all vehicle registrations and out-of-state titles.
