Victory Automotive Group in Longview, TX is seeking a Title Registration Clerk to handle vehicle documentation, taxes, titles, registrations, and related paperwork.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED; dealership experience and Reynolds and Reynolds DMS familiarity are a plus; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; post-secondary education preferred.
• Experience in a dealership environment is a plus; Reynolds and Reynolds DMS is a plus.
• Strong communication, administrative, organizational, and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manages vehicle documentation, including tax and title information, registrations, etc.
• Helps with vehicle inventory control and maintains accurate records
• Manages contractual documentation with financial institutions
• Provides timely and accurate reports and reconcile schedules weekly
• Builds relationship and communications with dealership personnel
• Process title work with CVR or DMV in a timely manner
• Observes all Federal, Local and Company policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
• Process all dealer trade worksheets necessary for transferring units to related parties/other dealers
• Provides administrative assistance as needed
