Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Accounting Clerk to ensure accuracy of accounting functions across weekly, monthly, and annual cycles. The role handles accounts payable/receivable, payroll taxes, bank reconciliations, and occasional admin tasks in our Dealer Management Systems.

You will post vehicle transfers, reconcile and pay vendors, assist customers and banks with refunds, and maintain files while complying with policies. Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• College degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
• One year of experience in a business office environment with general accounting responsibilities.
• Strong computer and internet skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Maintains an orderly accounting system and reconciles daily cash deposits.
• Receives, reconciles, and processes vendor invoices and prepares customer invoices.
• Prepares accounts payable checks and posts open items; reconciles ledgers and ensures timing.
• Assists customers and banks with refunds and cancellations; provides admin support as needed.
