Job summary

Fred Beans Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Title Clerk Processor Trainee in Abington, PA. The role involves processing vehicle registrations for new and used vehicles, staying current with PennDOT training, and ensuring title regulations are followed.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, at our Abington location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a strong focus on growth, training, and internal advancement within a family-owned company with over 50

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and accurate with invoices and billing
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner
• Excellent organizational skills are essential
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle registrations for new and used vehicles
• Ensure online registration is timely and compliant with state guidelines
• Stay current with PennDOT training and title regulations
• Attend seminars on title regulations and perform other duties as assigned

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM

What You'll Do:

· Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled. Ensure that online registration is timely and within state guidelines.

· Stay current with all PennDOT training.

-Stay abreast of title regulations. Attends seminars held by local licensing bureaus and any available training on title regulations.

-Other duties may be assigned
