Job summary

Fred Beans Automotive Group is seeking an organized Automotive Title Clerk Processor Trainee for our Abington location. In this entry-level role, you will learn to handle vehicle title processing and registration tasks with accuracy and timeliness.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a structured, growth-minded environment with company-funded training and strong internal promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented
• Understanding of invoice style billing
• Ability to communicate verbally and writing in a professional manner
• Excellent organization skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
• Ensure that online registration is timely and within state guidelines.
• Stay current with all PennDOT training.
• Stay abreast of title regulations. Attends seminars held by local licensing bureaus and any available training on title regulations.
• Other duties may be assigned
