Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Controller to join our accounting department in Doylestown, PA. This full‑time, 40‑hour position (Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM) focuses on overseeing accounting functions and supporting financial accuracy and operations.

What You'll Do

• Train, coordinate, and supervise the accounting staff.
• Serve as a mentor to office staff and enhance job efficiency.
• Review the general ledger and all scheduled accounts.
• Assist with floorplan audits.
• Coordinate the month‑end process, prepare adjusting entries, and ensure timely completion of financial statements.
• Review, analyze, and submit monthly financial statements in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Meet monthly with the General Manager to discuss financial performance.
• Coordinate the annual audit with outside auditors.
