Job summary

Asbury in Brookline, MA is seeking an automotive CVR/Title Clerk to manage title transfers and related paperwork with accuracy and timeliness. You will handle contracts, vehicle registrations, tax/title documents, and DMV submissions while meeting deadlines and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a busy office environment required.
• Previous automotive Title Clerk experience preferred.
• Automotive accounting experience is a plus.
• ActiveNotary Public certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Team-oriented and open-office adaptability required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Examine contracts to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Process new vehicle registrations in the relevant state.
• Prepare tax and title documents.
• Submit title work to the DMV.
• Verify funds before processing title applications.
• Manage timely paperwork processing.
