Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience directly handling automotive tag and title work.
• Strong computer proficiency with the ability to multitask effectively under high-volume workloads.
• Background in auto finance or dealership office administration is highly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and precision in record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and submit tax, title, and registration paperwork to the DMV or local tag agencies for new and used vehicles.
• Review sales contracts, odometer statements, and application forms for complete accuracy before processing.
• Manage out-of-state title processing, certificates of origin, and dealer-to-dealer vehicle transfers.
• Maintain meticulous digital and physical records for all vehicle title transactions.
• Provide clear, helpful customer service regarding title status updates and documentation needs.
• Quickly adapt to new operational processes and title software systems.
