Qualifications

• Experience with auto dealership title processing is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable with paperwork, computer systems, and detailed records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation accurately.
• Submit title and registration paperwork to state and local agencies.
• Verify customer, vehicle, lienholder, and dealership information.
• Maintain organized title records and files.
• Process title transfers, duplicate titles, lien releases, and other title-related documents.
• Issue communication with customers, lenders, state agencies, and other dealership departments as needed.
• Follow state regulations and dealership policies regarding vehicle titles and documentation.
• Monitor title paperwork to ensure transactions are completed in a timely manner.
• Resolve title and documentation issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and dealership information.
• It may be necessary to assist with additional administrative duties.
