Job Description

Process vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation accurately and efficientlyPrepare and submit title and registration paperwork to the appropriate state and local agencies and more.

• $19 - $21 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and submit title and registration paperwork to the appropriate state and local agencies
• Verify accuracy of customer, vehicle, lienholder, and dealership information
• Maintain organized and accurate title records and files
• Process title transfers, duplicate titles, lien releases, and other title-related documents
• Communicate with customers, lenders, state agencies, and other dealership departments as needed
• Follow all applicable state regulations and dealership policies regarding vehicle titles and documentation
• Monitor title paperwork to ensure transactions are completed in a timely manner
• Resolve title and documentation issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and dealership information
• Assist with additional administrative duties as needed
