Job summary

Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Bartlett, TN is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to receive and post payments, maintain AR records, and generate reports. The role requires AR experience and automotive accounting familiarity.

You will work with Reynolds & Reynolds/ERA-IGNITE, stock new and used vehicles, and handle daily bank deposits; the company offers training, medical insurance, a 401(k) with match, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Accounts Receivable experience is required.
• Automotive accounts receivable or accounting experience is preferred
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred
• ERA-IGNITE proficiency is preferred
• Familiarity with accounting transactions and dealer trades is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Analytical, process-oriented, and solution-oriented
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Receive and post payments accurately and timely
• Maintain accounts receivable records and customer accounts
• Stock in new and used vehicles
• Generate accounting statements and reports
• Research and reconcile cash receipts
• Post receipts and prepare daily bank deposits
• Process A/R write-offs and payment reversals
• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as needed
