Qualifications

• 1–2 years of automotive title clerk experience or dealership office work.
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania DMV regulations and e-titling.
• Basic automotive accounting knowledge and DMS familiarity.
• Strong organizational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Process state vehicle registrations, titles, and lien perfection accurately for all vehicle types.
• Coordinate with customers, lenders, and DMV to resolve title discrepancies and ensure compliance.
• Maintain organized logs of all title work and dealership documents (digital and physical).
• Assist accounting with daily bookkeeping, AR/AP, and reconciliations.
• Answer calls, greet clients, and provide general administrative support across operations.
