Corwin Auto Group in Kalispell, MT, is seeking an Automotive Title Clerk to join our office team. You will process vehicle titles and registrations, maintain accurate paperwork, and support daily dealership operations across Kalispell locations.

Ideal candidates have transferable experience in dealership billing, accounting, warranty administration, and DMV processing. Strong attention to detail, good communication, and familiarity with state title laws are valued; a high school diploma is

Previous Automotive Title Clerk, Billing Clerk, Accounting, Warranty Admin, or Office Experience is Preferred.

Corwin Auto Group is seeking to hire an Automotive Title Clerk to join our office team tohelp process vehicle titles and registrations, maintain accurate paperwork, and support daily dealership operations for our Kalispell locations. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys administrative work and takes pride in keeping paperwork accurate and on track.

We welcome candidates with experience in automotive title work, dealership billing, accounting, warranty administration, contracts, registration processing, finance administration, and other dealership office or administrative roles with transferable skills.
