Oakes Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented Biller in Olathe, KS to handle vehicle titles, registrations, and related accounting tasks for new and used vehicle sales. The role requires accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Process titles, registrations, title transfers, and lien paperwork for new and used vehicle sales.
• Submit title documentation to DMV offices, lenders, and state agencies accurately and on time.
• Verify customer information, sales tax documentation, and deal paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain organized title records and track outstanding title work.
• Support wholesale title processing and inventory title management.
• Resolve title discrepancies and missing documentation efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with customers, lenders, DMV offices, and staff.
• Maintain accurate accounting and transaction records.
• Assist with additional accounting or administrative responsibilities as needed.
