Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive titles is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with accounting software preferred.
• Notary certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to resolve title and billing issues.
• Monitor and notify management of changes to processes and regulations affecting title work.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all title transactions and accounting entries.
• Assist with accounts receivable tasks and data entry; run errands as needed.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties to support the finance team.
• Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting as required.
