Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess tire and service needs with a professional customer-focused approach.
• Recommend and sell tires, services, and accessories to meet requirements and store goals.
• Manage sales transactions across retail, wholesale, and national accounts accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee shop workflow to balance service sales with staff, equipment, and time.
• Track inventory, assist with tire stocking, and maintain organized POS displays.
• Perform daily opening/closing duties including deposits and basic shop tasks.
• Lead by example to promote a clean, organized showroom and service environment.
• Demonstrate multitasking to manage customer interactions, sales activity, and priorities.
• Apply product knowledge to assist customers with tire selection and maintenance recommendations.
