Job summary

Bob King Automotive Group is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join a high-performing service team in Winston-Salem. The role offers strong earning potential with up to $72.50 per flat rate hour and a $10,000 hiring incentive, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

New Hire Incentive details will be discussed in the interview. Candidates should have hands-on repair experience, strong diagnostics, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Automotive Service Technician experience required.
• A, B, or C Level certification preferred.
• Dealership experience is a major plus.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and air conditioning.
• Perform thorough multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Recommend necessary repairs and services.
• Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and fellow technicians.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Stay current with manufacturer training and certifications.
• Perform high-quality repairs that build long-term customer trust.

Competitive Pay and New Hire Incentives:

• A Level Technicians: Earn up to $10,000+ in addition to regular pay during your first year*
• B Level Technicians: Earn up to $6,000+ in addition to regular pay during your first year*
• C Level Technicians: Earn up to $3,500+ in addition to regular pay during your first year*
• Up to $72.50 per flat rate hour for qualified technicians
• Generous performance-based bonuses
