Job summary

Genesis of Winston-Salem seeks an experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our luxury-brand service team. We value craftsmanship, accuracy, and fast, quality repairs.

You will diagnose complex problems, repair to Genesis and factory specs, document work, mentor apprentices, and stay current with Genesis technology. Competitive pay, sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• ASE certifications preferred, but not required.
• Genesis, Hyundai, or luxury-brand experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance concerns.
• Perform repairs according to Genesis and manufacturer specifications.
• Complete inspections and identify maintenance or repair recommendations.
• Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
• Produce accurate repair documentation and technician videos.
• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations.
• Maintain productivity while delivering exceptional quality.
• Mentor and assist apprentice and entry-level technicians when appropriate.
• Keep current on Genesis technology and complete required manufacturer training.
