Job summary

CJ's Tire & Auto in Lionville, PA is seeking a trainee to provide timely and error-free tire and automotive services following established company policies and procedures. The goal is for this trainee to gain knowledge and experience needed to work independently and become a successful automotive technician.

The position offers part-time hours (PM) with no late evenings, short Saturdays, or Sundays, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving history and access to reliable transportation.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to at least 50 lbs, often repetitively.
• Must be able to adapt to severe climate variances.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
• Candidates must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Performs tire services, battery installations, oil changes, maintenance services, and multi-point inspections notating conditions that exist on vehicles.
• Performs routine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Work with fellow associates as a team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Any additional duties assigned by the store Manager.
