Job Description

The hourly pay ranges from $18-$20 guaranteed minimum, and $28-$40 flat rate based on experience. You will help drive sales and guest count, fixing and growing the shop. We seek a professional technician who is detail-oriented, capable of coaching entry-level techs, owns tools, and has a valid driver’s license. This full-time or part-time hourly position involves vehicle diagnostics, routine repairs, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify repairs
• Complete Courtesy Inspections and communicate findings
• Assist with inventory management and store duties
• Adhere to safety standards and conduct test drives
• Maintain technical knowledge through training
• Operate and maintain all equipment safely
• Perform other duties as assigned

Profile Summary

• Ability to perform basic automotive maintenance and diagnostics
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Automotive training or experience
• ASE certification and State Inspection license preferred
• Valid driver’s license and own tools
