Job Description

About the Role: The Technician position is full-time or part-time, hourly, responsible for vehicle diagnostics and routine repairs, delivering exceptional service and meeting guest expectations.

Salary Range:

$18.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience. Additional compensation and incentives are available.

Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify repairs.
• Complete courtesy inspections and communicate findings.
• Assist with inventory management and store duties.
• Follow safety standards and operate equipment safely.
• Test drive vehicles and adhere to policies and standards.
• Maintain technical knowledge through training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive training or experience.
• ASE certification and State Inspection license preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good MVR.
• Own basic tools or participate in tool purchase program.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Work in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and reaching.
