Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in our service team. You will learn hands-on under experienced techs, perform routine inspections, and assist with repairs while delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

Bridgestone offers a sign-on bonus of $1,500 for first-time hires. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $26.30 per hour with a flat-rate pay model, and you’ll have access to training and progression

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks and work with automotive systems.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years; tests and fees paid by company; bonus for each test passed.
