Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles within a fast-paced service environment. You will learn hands-on skills under seasoned technicians and interact with customers to explain procedures and ensure top‑quality workmanship.

The role includes a sign-on bonus of $1,500 for first-time new hires, with a pay range of $16.15 to $24.23 per hour and opportunities for ASE certifications and career growth.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and tire repair services.
Ability to read, write and perform simple math tasks.
2 years of automotive repair experience or completion of a Vocational-Technical program.

Responsibilities

Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
Inspect steering, suspension and brake systems.
Install batteries and check electrical systems.
Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
Road test vehicles and ensure quality workmanship.
Pursue ASE certifications within two years with company support.
