Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring Automotive Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles within a fast-paced service environment. You will learn foundational skills under experienced technicians, perform regular inspections, tire services, and customer-facing explanations of repairs.

Pay ranges from $21.00 to $31.56 per hour with flat-rate pay. Sign-on bonuses of $1500 ($750 after 30 days and $750 after 90 days) are offered along with benefits such as healthcare, paid

Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical task abilities and manual dexterity.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license at all times.
• Understand basic automotive maintenance and tire repair services, including oil changes, inspections and tire repair.
• Reading, writing and math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts as directed and road test vehicles.
• Pursue and maintain ASE certifications within two years of employment.
