Monro’s family of brands is a leading automotive service and tire dealer in the United States. Positions are available across our retail locations, in field management, and at our Store Support Center in Rochester, NY. Pay: $22-$28 per hour, based on experience. Additional incentives may apply.
Salary Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience), plus potential flat rate earnings of $25 - $35.
This full-time or part-time hourly position involves routine vehicle repair and maintenance, delivering exceptional service through effective communication and meeting guest expectations for time and quality.
Salary Range: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience), with additional incentives possible.
Note: Criminal background checks are conducted where applicable. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
