Automotive Technician / Mechanic - Acura Entry Level

Earn up to a $5K sign-on bonus based on experience! Rallye Acura, New York's top-rated Acura dealership, has immediate opportunities for Accelerated Technicians. The ideal candidates are motivated, reliable individuals with Acura or Honda service experience, committed to teamwork and delivering exceptional customer service. Technicians diagnose problems and perform repairs efficiently, collaborating with the service team to meet high standards.

Responsibilities for Accelerated Technicians Include

1. Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire mounting and rotation, brakes, etc.
2. Conduct multi-point inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance, communicate findings to Service Advisor, and complete MPI forms.
3. Accurately document all work performed.
4. Participate in Acura online University training during downtime.
5. Assist with accessory installations and gain experience during downtime.

Requirements

• Valid New York State Driver’s License
• NYS inspector’s license preferred
• Basic mechanical skills and manual dexterity
• Experience with Acura/Honda preferred
• Accelerated/C Level technician experience preferred; Lube Technician experience is a plus
• Knowledge of shop equipment including wheel/tire tools, alignment systems, diagnostic tools
