Starting Pay: $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience, with additional incentives. The Technician role can be full-time or part-time, and is hourly, depending on business needs. Responsibilities include conducting basic vehicle diagnostics, performing routine repairs and maintenance, and delivering exceptional 5-star service through effective communication and meeting guest expectations.
Work in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust. Must be able to work flexible hours, lift up to 75 lbs, and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, and bending.
