Position Overview

This is a remote position requiring 100% travel across the US. The role involves wind turbine maintenance and installation, with potential earnings exceeding $100,000 annually including overtime and travel allowances.

Responsibilities

1. Travel 100% of the time, including working overtime and variable schedules.
2. Promote safety, adhere to safety standards, and implement risk mitigation.
3. Perform wind turbine maintenance and installation tasks, document work, and use diagnostic tools.
4. Diagnose turbine issues, troubleshoot, and seek assistance for complex problems.
5. Support team environment, mentor lower-level staff, and communicate effectively with customers.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent; wind industry experience or related education preferred.
2. Proficient with power tools and safety protocols.
3. Valid Driver’s License and ability to obtain a Passport.
4. Ability to read schematics, work at heights, and in challenging weather conditions.
5. Good interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and safety awareness.
