Job Description

Automotive Mechanic/Technician

Pay: $20 to $30 per hour, based on experience, with additional incentives.

This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining guest vehicles. You will undergo comprehensive training from day one and work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction and vehicle safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repairs and maintenance such as brakes, suspension, tire installation, and scheduled services.
• Obtain guest approval before performing work and maintain a clean work area.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs.
• Test drive vehicles and use shop resources responsibly.
• Collaborate and provide leadership to fellow technicians.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 3 years of automotive technician experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in tool purchase program.
• Ability to work physically, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Customer and team-focused mindset.
• Maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license if applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification (A1-A8).
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License.
• Technical school degree/certificate.
