What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for a skilled Diagnostic Technician who is passionate about European vehicles, driven to solve complex problems, and eager to be a key contributor to our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves deep diagnostics and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on European brands
• Accurately identify and document mechanical and electronic issues
• Utilize OE-level diagnostic tools and software
• Work alongside our sales team to ensure clear and accurate communication
• Maintain high standards for quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Support junior Technicians with guidance and mentorship

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing European vehicles
• Proficient with OE tools and scan equipment (VagCom, Autel, Iscan, ODIS, etc.)
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and electrical diagnostics
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, must be able to drive manual transmission
• ASE certifications preferred (or willing to obtain)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and passion for the industry
• Toolbox (required)
• Laptop (required)
