Grow your career as a Sr. Infrastructure & Monitoring Technician (Network Operations Center) with Trisept Solutions. You will collaborate with Infrastructure, Operations, and Application teams to ensure the stability, reliability, and security of Hyatt’s infrastructure and critical systems. The NOC Senior Technician will support, guide, and develop the NOC team, lead analysis and resolution of infrastructure and connectivity issues, and assist in developing training materials. During Major Incidents, you will oversee technical support to ensure procedures are followed.

Essential Functions

• Lead the team to follow best practices for monitoring and support.
• Monitor availability of Hyatt’s critical systems, datacenters, and hardware using designated tools.
• Provide technical guidance during major incidents.
• Maintain communication channels with stakeholders for prompt support.
• Analyze monitoring alarms, incident reports, and service tickets to resolve issues.
• Respond to escalated customer questions/issues promptly.
• Improve processes and procedures to enhance client satisfaction.
• Participate in onboarding new services through the Service Support Package (SSP) process.
• Develop monitoring and escalation procedures for new services.
• Create shell scripts to automate redundant tasks.
• Mentor and train NOC team members.
• Demonstrate commitment to Hyatt’s core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of system administration experience in Unix/Linux environments.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, networking, web technologies, and data center operations, including cloud and vendor-managed hosting.
• Experience with tools such as Nagios, Microsoft SCOM, Splunk, Datadog, VMWare, and ServiceNow.
• Experience with 3-tier applications, Docker/Kubernetes, and scripting.
• Ability to analyze incidents, communicate effectively, and drive technology initiatives.
• Team-oriented with troubleshooting skills and experience in change management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Project.
• Availability to support a 24x7 environment.
