Job Description

Pay: COMPETITIVE! $16.00 - $28.00 per hour, with additional incentives.

As an Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain guest vehicles. You will participate in comprehensive training from day one, preparing you for future growth. Your role is vital in delivering excellent guest experiences, ensuring safety, and maintaining vehicle reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other repairs within your qualifications.
• Obtain guest approval for work after diagnosis; keep work areas clean and organized.
• Complete thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs.
• Test drive vehicles and use shop trucks safely for inventory pickup.
• Collaborate with teammates and provide leadership to General Service Technicians.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive technician experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in the tool purchase program.
• Ability to work overhead, stand long periods, and lift 50 lbs.
• Guest and team-focused mindset.
• Maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license if applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification in at least one area (A1-A8).
• Automotive technical school certificate or degree.
