Job Description

Automotive Mechanic/Technician

Pay: COMPETITIVE! $16.00 - $35.00 per hour, Flat Rate: $26.00 - $45.00

As an Automotive Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of guest vehicles. From day one, you'll undergo comprehensive technician training to prepare you for your role and future growth. You'll be an essential team member, performing repairs, delivering 5-star guest experiences, and ensuring customer safety and vehicle reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications
• Secure guest approval before performing work based on diagnosis; maintain a clean work area
• Complete thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs and maintenance
• Test drive vehicles and use shop resources safely to pick up inventory
• Collaborate with teammates and provide leadership to General Service Technicians

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive technician experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in tool purchase program
• Ability to work with hands overhead, stand long periods, lift 50 lbs.
• Guest and team-focused mindset
• Maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license if applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification in A1-A8
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License
• Technical school certificate/degree
