Job Title: Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Location: 1322 Northpark Dr. Kingwood, TX 77339

Job Overview:

Seeking energetic, upbeat technicians with a positive attitude who are passionate about solving problems and doing right by our guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles using your knowledge and skills
• Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete thorough courtesy vehicle inspections
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization standards
• Communicate effectively with the service department and customers
• Work with other technicians to meet deadlines and deliver quality results

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and guest service orientation
• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• ASE Certifications (A1-A8 or L1) a plus, not required
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Long-term career development focus

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift/move over 100 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head
• Work in tight spaces
• Use hand tools efficiently
• Stand and walk for most of the day
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Navigate a computer efficiently
