Job Overview:

Pacific Motors is looking for a qualified technician/mechanic to join our dynamic & upbeat automotive team. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential in our work environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Diagnose, service, and repair vehicles for our valued customers using your knowledge and skills.
2. Work independently and collaboratively to troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently.
3. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
4. Collaborate closely with the service department to communicate customer concerns effectively.
5. Assist and work alongside other technicians to solve issues and meet deadlines.
6. Perform wheel & tire installations, mounting/balancing.
7. Install suspension lift kits, leveling kits, shocks, and aftermarket accessories.

Qualifications:

• Dedication to quality work and customer satisfaction.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• Own your tools and tool cabinets necessary for daily work.
• Ability to diagnose and repair most makes and models.
• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and integrity.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work with tools on grounded or lifted vehicles.
• Work comfortably in tight spaces.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Walk and stand for most of the workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles and enter/exit lifted or lowered vehicles.
• Proficiency in using computers or tablets.
