Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a Level II Technician in Atlanta to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and mid-level repairs across a range of vehicle systems. This role may work independently or in a team environment.

Key duties include diagnosing faults, performing repairs from brakes to electrical and drivability, maintaining vehicle history, and ensuring safety standards. Minimum qualifications: high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of service experience; valid license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3+ years of related work experience.
• 3+ years vehicle service and repair experience.
• Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Preference for ASE Automotive or Truck Certification or related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Perform repairs and maintenance across multiple vehicle systems.
• Maintain/repair shop equipment and keep area clean.
• Provide roadside assistance as needed and interact with customers.
• Document vehicle history and maintenance records.
