Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. in the United States is seeking a Level II Technician to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and standard repairs. This mid-level role can work independently or with a team to keep customers' vehicles safe and reliable.

You will handle diagnostics, basic and advanced repairs, and coordinate with parts vendors. A valid driver's license and at least three years of vehicle service experience are preferred, with ASE certification helpful. EOE.

Qualifications

• 3+ years vehicle service and repair experience.
• Ability to drive standard and automatic transmissions.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Carry out repairs per certification levels including brakes, tires, and electrical systems.
• Maintain and repair shop equipment and keep area clean.
• Create and maintain vehicle history and maintenance records.
• Provide roadside assistance when needed.
• Work with vendors for parts and coordinate repairs.
