Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles with hands-on learning under experienced technicians. You will perform oil changes, inspections, and tire services while communicating with customers about repair procedures.

The role offers a pay range of $16.63–$24.99 per hour with a flat-rate pay model and opportunities to earn ASE certifications. Driver's license required and ASE training supported by the company.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Experience with basic automotive maintenance and tire repair services.
• Completion of Vocational-Technical School program or demonstrated skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts and road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications within first two years of employment (fees paid by company).
