Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under guidance from senior techs. You will participate in routine inspections, support customers by explaining repairs, and contribute to high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced setting.

The position offers a flat-rate pay model with a range of $15.75–$23.67 per hour, with potential bonuses based on productivity and experience. Training and ASE certifications are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years (tests/fees paid by company).
