Al Packer's White Marsh Ford is hiring skilled Service Technicians/Mechanics to join our growing service team. Entry-level techs earn $25-$30 per hour based on experience, with Ford-experienced techs earning $48+ per hour under a flat-rate pay plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose efficiently and follow repair procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• ASE certifications preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Pre-employment background checks including MVR and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford and all-make vehicles.
• Complete multi-point inspections and document findings clearly.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
• Communicate repair needs with advisors and support a smooth service flow.
• Stay current with Ford training and evolving vehicle technology.
