Job summary

Al Packer’s White Marsh Ford is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform basic maintenance, tire work, brake service, and minor repairs in a high-volume shop. We invest in Ford training to help you advance and earn more based on experience.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive repair knowledge required.
• Must be able to work in a team setting and take direction.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic auto maintenance and minor repairs.
• Tire rotation, balance and alignment.
• Brake service and rotor resurfacing.
• Cooling system service.
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs.
• Learn new skills and attend training sessions.
• Keep shop area neat and account for tools.

Our High-Volume Service Department needs to hire Quick Lane / Express Service Technicians to change auto oil, fluids, tires, perform basic auto maintenance and minor repairs.WE HELP OUR TECHS LEARN NEW SKILLS to increase their pay and advance their career! We appreciate our employees and invest in their success!

We welcome Technicians from other brands and Industries such as:
Firestone, Valvoline, Pep Boys, Jiffy Lube, Midas, etc.

Responsibilities - Quick Lane / Express Service Tech:

• Perform basic auto maintenance and minor repairs
• Tire rotation (or repair), balance and alignment
• Brake service, resurface rotors
• Cooling system service
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs
• Learn new skills and attend training sessions
• Keep shop area neat and clean and account for tools
• Other duties may be assigned
