Job summary

Coconut Point Ford in Estero, FL is expanding its service department and seeking quality, upbeat service technicians to join our team. Ford certifications are a plus but not required; you will diagnose and repair vehicle systems using modern diagnostic tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diagnostic, Electrical, and Multi Media proficiency.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills with ability to operate diagnostic equipment.
• Positive, friendly attitude with eagerness to improve.
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing including background check, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C).
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional services and provide time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain high level of customer service.
• Other duties as assigned according to skill level and certification

Service Technicians Needed

• Other duties ay be assigned according to skill level and certification
