Job summary

Monro in Pittsfield, Massachusetts is seeking full-time and part-time Technicians to join our automotive service team. Technicians can earn between $25.00 to $40.00 per hour based on experience. Responsibilities include conducting vehicle diagnostics, performing repairs, and providing excellent customer service while adhering to our safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or equivalent experience.
• Must possess a current valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic vehicle diagnostics to identify required repairs.
• Assist in inventory management including pulling tires and parts.
• Test drive vehicles in accordance with Monro’s Road Test policy.
