Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive experience.
• 1-2 years of experience working on brake systems.
• ASE certification in Brakes (A5) is required.
• ASE certifications in Engine performance, Suspension & Steering, Electrical Systems and HVAC are preferred.
• Automotive technical or trade school degree is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair braking, braking components, and perform brake flushes.
• Diagnose issues across engine performance, suspension & steering, electrical, and HVAC.
• Use computer systems to provide parts and labor estimates.
• Road-test vehicles before and after work to ensure quality and safety.
• Support and mentor apprentices and teammates during service tasks.
• Perform lubrication and ancillary services (transmission and radiator fluids, fuel system cleaning, tire rotations).
