Job summary

Jiffy Lube International is seeking an Automotive Technician in Bellingham, WA to service guest vehicles and uphold quality standards. You will perform brake work, diagnostics, and routine maintenance, using our computer systems to prepare estimates and ensure accurate repair planning.

The role emphasizes teamwork, guest service, and a clean workstation, with training provided to certify in a broad range of mechanical services and to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive experience.
• 1-2 years of experience working on brake systems.
• ASE A5 - Brakes Certification.
• ASE certifications in Engine performance, Suspension & Steering, Electrical Systems, Heating & Air Conditioning preferred.
• Automotive technical or trade school degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete brake service including replacing components and full brake flushes.
• Diagnose issues in braking system and related components (engine performance, suspension/steering, electrical, HVAC).
• Use the shop computer system to provide estimates for parts and labor.
